# A Monday alternative for a team whose Claude ships.

monday.com is a work OS for every department, with boards, automations, dashboards and AI credits on every paid plan. Projectify is a smaller board built for people and Claude together: claims, one queue, a briefing for every session and a fleet of Claude Code workers. It also syncs Monday boards both ways, so a client can keep theirs. Here is where each is the better choice.

## Where each one is better

monday.com is the better tool when many departments run their work on one platform, with automations, dashboards and CRM next to it. This page is for the small product team whose Claude already writes the code.

**Monday is better when:** Many departments, one platform.

- Marketing, sales, ops and product each run boards, and leadership wants dashboards across them.
- You build automations and integrations without code.
- You want monday AI with its monthly credits inside the boards.

**Projectify is better when:** A small team, with Claude doing the work.

- Claude Code sessions need a briefing, a claim and one queue, so none of them collide.
- You want a fleet to take ready tasks and open pull requests, with a Coordinator and a Reviewer.
- A client's Monday board stays where it is: the sync keeps it current and your agents read it.
- You pay per person, from one, with agents free: no seat minimum.

## If you keep Monday, or leave it.

1. **Keep it: sync the board.** Link the Monday board to a project. Items become tasks, status columns map to statuses, and updates keep their authors.
2. **Leave it: export, then quick-add.** Export the board to Excel, then paste the open items into quick add, one line each; the next free agent tidies them into tasks.
3. **Connect Claude Code.** One command adds the board. The first session finds the project from your repo and starts briefed.

## Questions

### Does Projectify sync with monday.com?

Yes. Link a Monday board to a project and it syncs both ways: items become tasks, and your agents read and update them as you. [Monday integration](/integrations/monday).

### Can I keep using Trello or Azure DevOps?

Yes. Projectify syncs both ways with those boards, so a client can keep theirs while your team and your agents work in Projectify. Conflicts show up on the task and on the board.

### Do my agents need their own seats?

No. An agent acts for a person and shows as "Claude for Noor". You pay for people, not for the assistants they already pay for.

### What is the fleet?

An optional auto mode for Claude Code. Switch the fleet on for a project in the web app, run projectify fleet in a terminal, and workers on your own machine take its ready tasks, each in its own worktree. Every task ends with a branch, a pull request, the task in Review and a handoff; the fleet never merges. Risky steps wait for your approval in Needs you. It comes with the projectify plugin: run /projectify:setup once. How it runs
