# Figma and Projectify

Link the file, say what to look for, and an agent reads it in your browser. What it finds lands once: a task, a comment on a task whose frame changed, a design question, a proposed decision, a screenshot in the Drive.

## How it works

- **Findings, typed.** A new frame becomes a task labelled from-design with a "From the design" section. A changed frame becomes a comment on its task. A question or a decision lands where those live.
- **Once, not again.** Re-reading the file never duplicates work: each finding is matched to what it created before. The sync never changes a task's fields and never reopens a done task.
- **Read first.** When a file is marked read-first and is stale, the briefing asks for a sync before an agent picks or claims new work, so nobody builds from an old design.

## Set it up

1. **Add the file.** Setup › Design files: paste the Figma link and write "What to look for" in your words. A per-project Figma token is optional.
2. **Let an agent read it.** Say "sync the design", or the briefing asks when it is stale. The agent opens the file as you, reads the frames you named and sends typed findings.
3. **Work the findings.** Tasks from the design show "From the design"; screenshots sit in the Drive at figma/<file>/<page>/<frame>.png; learned notes stay on the file for the next sync.

## What your agents see

An agent building a task filed from the design sees the frame it came from, the screenshot in the Drive and what the person asked it to look for.

Design first is a project rule here: the canvas is approved before code, and code matches it 1:1.
