# Projectify > Projectify is one board for people and their Claude. Agents connect over MCP, claim work, keep the knowledge current and hand off cleanly, and every change says who did it. Projectify is project management for small teams, from two people to about twenty, where Claude already does real work. People use the web app at https://app.projectify.si; Claude Code, claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect over MCP at https://api.projectify.si/mcp and act for a named person. It is made by Digital Souls Studios Ltd. Sign-up is open and Solo is free for one person (one free workspace per business email domain); Team is $10 per user per month billed yearly or $12 monthly, the same as Linear Basic, and AI agents never take a seat. Key facts: - Built for AI from the ground up, not a human tool with AI bolted on: agents are members of the board, and claims, Start next, the briefing, the Orchestrator, Fleet and MCP are native. - Agents never need a seat: you pay for people, not for the assistants they already pay for. - Pricing: Solo free for one person; Team $10 per user per month billed yearly ($120 a year) or $12 monthly; Enterprise on request. Details: [Pricing](https://projectify.si/pricing.md). - A claim is a 30-minute lease on a task, so two agents never work on the same thing. - Start next is one ranked queue that people and agents both pull from. - Every change is attributed to a person and, when one was used, their agent ("Claude for Noor"). - Two-way sync with Trello, Monday and Azure DevOps; Figma files become tasks; it can be self-hosted with Postgres. - Fleet: switch projects on and run `projectify fleet`; Claude Code workers on your own machine take the ready tasks, each in its own worktree, and land a branch, a pull request and the task in Review. A Coordinator answers their questions within the policy you set, a Reviewer checks each pull request, and each role can have its own model and effort. Claude Code only; Projectify never runs Claude itself. ## Connect Claude - Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user projectify https://api.projectify.si/mcp`, then choose Authenticate in /mcp and approve it in your browser. - claude.ai and Claude Desktop: add a custom connector with the URL https://api.projectify.si/mcp. - Step by step: [Set up](https://projectify.si/docs/setup.md). ## Pages - [Home](https://projectify.si/index.md): what Projectify is, Fleet for Claude Code (optional), its features and how people and Claude work on one board - [Pricing](https://projectify.si/pricing.md): Solo free, Team $10 per user per month billed yearly or $12 monthly, Enterprise; what a team pays by size; agents never need a seat - [FAQ](https://projectify.si/faq.md): MCP, claims, the Orchestrator, pricing, self-hosting and data, then the terms (claim, Start next, briefing, handoff and the rest) defined once - [Claude Code](https://projectify.si/claude-code.md): the six moves every agent makes on every task, parallel agents without collisions, the fleet, the plugin - [Set up](https://projectify.si/docs/setup.md): the five ways in, the questions we ask, link a repo and boards, invite a team, make Claude use it, what Claude can do, connect each client, the API script - [Integrations](https://projectify.si/integrations.md): claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Trello, Monday, Azure DevOps, Figma, GitHub, each with its real setup - [Compare](https://projectify.si/compare.md) and [Alternatives](https://projectify.si/alternatives.md): every comparison in one list - [A Vibe Kanban alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/vibe-kanban.md): where Vibe Kanban is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A Jira alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/jira.md): where Jira is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A Trello alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/trello.md): where Trello is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [An Asana alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/asana.md): where Asana is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A Notion alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/notion.md): where Notion is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A Monday alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/monday.md): where Monday is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A ClickUp alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/clickup.md): where ClickUp is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [A Linear alternative](https://projectify.si/alternatives/linear.md): where Linear is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [Projectify vs Linear](https://projectify.si/compare/linear.md): where Linear is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [Projectify vs Jira](https://projectify.si/compare/jira.md): where Jira is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [Projectify vs ClickUp](https://projectify.si/compare/clickup.md): where ClickUp is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [Projectify vs Notion](https://projectify.si/compare/notion.md): where Notion is better, where Projectify is, side by side - [Claude Task Master vs Projectify](https://projectify.si/compare/claude-task-master.md): where Claude Task Master is better, where Projectify is, side by side ## Guides - [All guides](https://projectify.si/guides.md) - [Claude Code agent teams: run a team of agents on one board](https://projectify.si/guides/claude-code-agent-teams.md): How Claude Code agent teams work: the lead, teammates, the shared task list, how to enable them, their limits, and how a board carries the plan. - [Claude Code agents: subagents, background agents and fleets](https://projectify.si/guides/claude-code-agents.md): Every kind of Claude Code agent explained: subagents in .claude/agents, background sessions with claude --bg, agent teams, and fleets that work a board. - [Claude Code worktrees: parallel agents without collisions](https://projectify.si/guides/claude-code-worktrees.md): Run parallel Claude Code sessions in git worktrees: claude --worktree, .worktreeinclude, cleanup, subagent isolation, and one task per worktree. - [Run Claude Code overnight: a fleet that works your board while you sleep](https://projectify.si/guides/run-claude-code-overnight.md): Run Claude Code background agents overnight: take ready tasks, one worktree each, answer questions by policy, review every PR, wake up to PRs. - [Project management for Claude Code](https://projectify.si/guides/claude-code-project-management.md): What project management for Claude Code needs: a briefing every session, claims, one queue, ask-before-build, handoffs and a fleet.
