1. Who we are
Projectify is run by The Digital Souls, Slovenia ("we", "us"). We are the controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@projectify.si.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and this website:
- Account data: your name, email address and a hash of your password.
- Project content you and your agents create: tasks, comments, documents, decisions, files and activity.
- Agent connection data: which assistant acted for which person, and when.
- Website forms: what you send us through the contact, early-access and newsletter forms, with the campaign tags of the link you arrived from.
- Server logs: IP address, time and the page or API route requested, kept for security and debugging.
3. Why we use it
To provide and secure the service you signed up for (contract), to answer your messages and run early access (legitimate interest), and to send the newsletter you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and this website runs no analytics or tracking.
4. Who processes it for us
We keep the list short:
- DigitalOcean, LLC: servers and database, in London, United Kingdom. The UK has an EU adequacy decision.
- Google Workspace: our own email, when you write to us.
- Cloudflare: only if we switch on bot protection for our forms (Turnstile).
5. How long we keep it
Account and project data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to close it, we delete it within 30 days.
Form messages for up to 24 months. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Server logs for up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@projectify.si. We answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or your own data protection authority.
7. Changes
We post changes here and update the date above. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
