Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. The agreement
These terms are between you (or the organisation you act for) and The Digital Souls, Slovenia. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
2. The service
Projectify is a project management service that people and the AI assistants acting for them use together. Agents act with the permissions of the person they act for; you are responsible for what your agents do in your account.
Projectify is in early access. Features change, and we may add, change or remove them as the product develops.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details and agent connections secure, and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You own your content. You give us only the rights we need to host, process and show it to run the service for you. You can ask for an export or for deletion at any time.
5. Fees
Projectify is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce the prices at least 30 days in advance, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attempts to break, probe or overload the service, and no access to other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Liability
During early access the service is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Projectify and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and will give you the chance to export your data first.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
