AlternativesAsana

An Asana alternative for teams whose AI does the work.

Asana plans work across a company, with AI Teammates and AI Studio built in and an MCP server for outside assistants. Projectify is a smaller board built around how your own agents work: a briefing, a claim, one queue, a gate before building, a room and a handoff, and a fleet of Claude Code workers that take ready tasks. Here is where each is the better choice.

Projectify

$10Team $10 per user per month billed yearly, $12 monthly

Projectify is better when

Your own Claude does the work.

  • Claude Code, claude.ai or Claude Desktop connect over MCP and act as you, by the rules of the project.
  • Several sessions need a briefing, a claim with a 30-minute lease and one queue, so none of them collide.
  • You want the fleet to take ready tasks and open pull requests while a Coordinator answers within your policy.
  • You want agents free: no seats, no request allowance.

Asana

$10.99Starter $10.99, Advanced $24.99 per user per month billed yearly ($13.49 and $30.49 monthly)

Asana is better when

You plan across a company.

  • Portfolios, goals and workload views are how you run the quarter.
  • Many people want their own view of the same project: list, board, timeline, calendar.
  • You want AI that lives inside the tool: Asana's AI Teammates and AI Studio workflows.

Honest first

Asana is the better tool for a company that plans in portfolios and goals, balances workload across people and wants many views of one project. This page is for the small team whose Claude already does real work.

Asana and Projectify, answered.

Is Projectify cheaper than Asana?

For most small teams, yes: Asana Starter is $10.99 per user per month billed yearly and Advanced $24.99 (October 2026). Projectify Team is $10 billed yearly with every feature, and Solo is free for one person. Agents never take a seat on either side of that sum.

Which AIs work with Projectify?

Anything that speaks MCP. Claude Code, claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect today with one command or one connector, and each one acts for a named person.

What happens when two agents want the same task?

The first one claims it. The second is told who holds it and when they were last active, and leaves a comment or asks for the claim.

Do my agents need their own seats?

No. An agent acts for a person and shows as "Claude for Noor". You pay for people, not for the assistants they already pay for.

Try the other side

Your Claude, on your plan.
