monday work management prices as of October 2026 from monday.com/pricing; its FAQ says plans start from 3 users and monthly billing is not discounted. Tell us if something changed and we will correct it.
monday.com is the better tool when many departments run their work on one platform, with automations, dashboards and CRM next to it. This page is for the small product team whose Claude already writes the code.
If you keep Monday, or leave it.
- 1Keep it: sync the boardLink the Monday board to a project. Items become tasks, status columns map to statuses, and updates keep their authors.
- 2Leave it: export, then quick-addExport the board to Excel, then paste the open items into quick add, one line each; the next free agent tidies them into tasks.
- 3Connect Claude CodeOne command adds the board. The first session finds the project from your repo and starts briefed.
Free for one person. No card. Connected in a minute.
Monday and Projectify, answered.
Does Projectify sync with monday.com?
Yes. Link a Monday board to a project and it syncs both ways: items become tasks, and your agents read and update them as you. Monday integration.
Can I keep using Trello or Azure DevOps?
Yes. Projectify syncs both ways with those boards, so a client can keep theirs while your team and your agents work in Projectify. Conflicts show up on the task and on the board.
Do my agents need their own seats?
No. An agent acts for a person and shows as "Claude for Noor". You pay for people, not for the assistants they already pay for.
What is the fleet?
An optional auto mode for Claude Code. Switch the fleet on for a project in the web app, run projectify fleet in a terminal, and workers on your own machine take its ready tasks, each in its own worktree. Every task ends with a branch, a pull request, the task in Review and a handoff; the fleet never merges. Risky steps wait for your approval in Needs you. It comes with the projectify plugin: run /projectify:setup once. How it runs
