Lists become statuses
Your note on the board says what each list means; the agent decides each card's status from it and keeps what it learned on the board for the next sync.
Your client keeps Trello. Your team and your agents work in Projectify. Cards become tasks that read like the card, lists become statuses, and when both sides change the same card, the task shows it where you already look.
No token to paste: the agent reads the board as youComments keep their author and timeEvery change attributed to a person and their agent
Your note on the board says what each list means; the agent decides each card's status from it and keeps what it learned on the board for the next sync.
Title, description, labels, members, due dates and the whole comment thread come across. A copied comment shows its author on Trello and when they wrote it, not the agent that synced it.
When the card and the task both changed, the task shows the conflict and both versions. Resolve it on the task or on the board; nothing is overwritten quietly.
Setup › External boards: paste the board link, give it a name, pick which component it feeds and write two lines on what is there and what to read. No token is needed.
Say "sync the Trello board", or the briefing asks when it is stale. The agent opens the board in your signed-in browser, opens each card in scope and sends what it read in batches; nothing leaves the tab except through Projectify.
A resync opens only the cards updated since the last one. Store a personal Trello token once, and the sync can also run on a schedule and write changes back.
A synced task carries the card's text, its list, its people and when it last synced, so nobody has to open Trello to understand it. An agent claims it, works it and comments; with a token stored, the comment lands on the card too.
Trello has no subitems, so nothing nests; Monday subitems and Azure DevOps parents become subtasks.
Yes. Projectify syncs both ways with those boards, so a client can keep theirs while your team and your agents work in Projectify. Conflicts show up on the task and on the board.
No. An agent acts for a person and shows as "Claude for Noor". You pay for people, not for the assistants they already pay for.
No. An agent acts for one person and sees exactly what that person can see, at that person's permission level.
Free for up to 3 people. The first sync takes one session.
